Progress report

Look what happened
to J's selection on
Thursday night!
And then last night saw the yellow section completed!! I am a little worried that it might not be long enough (hmm, did someone say gauge swatch???) but since he is one of those skinny, bony little boys, the width should still be fine. I'm thinking I can add a red pattern repeat (or variation thereof) across the shoulders if we need more length.
Played with S's sock this morning - I needed to find a suitable decrease for her little feet, because the one I tried was too long-pointy-jester-toed. Am using the instructions for the toes of the toddler socks from YARN mag issue 3 - will post results once I have some!
