Plumberry 1.1

This took 5 days, in bits and pieces, stashed cheapy 8ply (DK) wool from a Crafty Spot, 28st on 3mm dpns, plain stockingstitch for most of it, and I learned how to do a short-row heel (Yay Lucy Neatby and her excellent manual Cool Socks, Warm Feet).

It came out extremely thick and firm, which I was expecting. The only problem? It won't go past Miss V's toes.
Into the frogpond, and start again with 3.25mm needles and more stitches.....
