Help!

I am trying to put a Flickr badge in the sidebar in "My Knitting Past", but it keeps throwing everything out, or ending up 3 pages long down the left of the screen - anyone able to point me to a how-to site??
This is very irritating! Must go and play with my stash to get over it :}
